Terms and Conditions
- Payments for all goods must be received and cleared before despatch and remain the property of Chocolate Heaven until payment is cleared.
- We will acknowledge all orders received via www.chocolateheaven.ie within 24-48 hours by email. We will email you to reconfirm details.
- Confirmation of an order does not constitute a contract between us. A contract is understood to exist when Chocolate Heaven invoices you.
- All items are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you immediately and fulfil it as a back order or cancel it if you prefer.
- Delivery charges will vary according to the weight of the delivery and destination it is to be sent to. Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly agreed beforehand.
- If we use the postal service to deliver your goods, we cannot guarantee a time or day of delivery. If you’re unable to take delivery of the goods when they arrive, a card will be left and you will have to collect the item at your local postal collection depot.
- Any short defects or breakages must be sent to us in writing within 3 working days of receiving goods.
- Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling directive
- Chocolate Heaven reserves the right to change prices and availability without notice.
- We endeavour to ensure all the information on the website is correct but do not accept liability arising from errors.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in which case we will not have any further obligation to you.
- We do not accept any liability for any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to check with their local customs and excise regulations.

- Any complaints will be acknowledged and we will endeavour to resolve any issue within 3 workings days.
