Chocolate Heaven - Ingredients

Our chocolates are handmade and hand packed by a multiple gold medal winning Irish Chocolatier. Chocolate Heaven’s Chocolates do not contain any artificial colourings or preservatives and have a guaranteed shelf life of four months. This shorter shelf life is due to the fact that we use fresh and purified Irish ingredients in the fillings of our chocolates, for example fresh butter and cream.

Chocolate Heaven’s Chocolates come in a variety of luxurious and mouth watering flavours such as Praline, Crème Fraiche, Coconut Macaroon, Orange Crunch, Irish Cream and Caramel Fudge, amongst others.

We pride ourselves in using a blend of couverture with high cocoa solids. Our milk chocolate contains 33% cocoa solids and our dark chocolate 55-70%.

All our chocolate is gluten free and does not contain any hydrogenated fats.

Milk Chocolate:        33% Cocoa solids       24% Milk solids
White Chocolate:     31% Cocoa solids       25% Milk solids
Dark Chocolate:      55% & 70% Cocoa solids
